Check-in Coordinator

1 - Checkin
2 - Checkin 2
Registration & Check-in Coordinators are the friendly first impression at Rave Night Run. You’ll be based at our Registration and Check-in tent and greet Participants and Spectators as they arrive. This is a very important job at Rave Night Run, but also an easy and fun one!

At most events there are 8 lanes for entry, 7 of these are under your supervision. Most of the 7 lanes will be run by volunteer workers. You will make sure that all volunteers are properly trained and following the check-in protocol at each check-in gate.

ColorZone Coordinator

7 - Stage Color
4-1

Color Zone Coordinators toss Glow Dust on our participants! As a Color Zone Coordinator, you’ll be in the center of all the action on the course at one of Color Zones. The primary focus of your job is to toss color on each participant as they go through your zone. Help encourage and cheer-on participants and make new friends!

When you arrive at Rave Night Run on event day, the the Event Director will discuss the schedule and supplies you will need for your color zone. Depending on which zone you are at, you may also have your own walkie-talkie. 🙂

Finish Line Coordinator

7 - Stage Color
4 - Checkin 4

As the Finish Line Volunteer Coordinator, you’ll be in charge of the Finish line and related items that participants get when they cross the Finish. You’ll help hand out GlowDust and a bottled water to each participant.  Beware, you might get a colorful hug or two. 😉
