An Internship in Leadership. We are currently seeking talented and energetic people to join our Rock-Star event production team. Interns will work directly with event directors and coordinators to assist in producing Fathom’s large-scale events in the Houston area. Interns will benefit from gaining first-hand experience with logistics and leadership in producing one-day events that host thousands of guests.
At Fathom, Interns are our Co-Directors. That’s right. You have the opportunity to experience a Leadership position at our events that host thousands of guests. Interns work side-by-side with our event directors and assist in overseeing 60+ staff members and 70-100 volunteers.
You’ll have fun meeting people from all walks of life, make amazing friends, get real world experience at a cutting-edge start-up company, and learn more than you ever thought possible.
Fathom Producers is 100% hands-on and in-house when it comes to creating, managing, marketing, and producing our own events. Interns get first-hand experience as Leaders and can oversee or inquire about any part of our operation- an opportunity that is rare, indeed. From marketing to hospitality, and strategy to logistics, our company is a real-world scenario.
Aside from your experience, you will receive a Professional Reference from Event Directors and a coveted Letter of Recommendation based on your service. In addition, we always share our media, including photography and video that you can use for your portfolio.
Flexible and Part-time. Totaling 10-15 days of service over the entire program, the Fathom Internship is a great fit for those who value both commitment and experience. Days of service are “clustered” around events, and you know them far in advance.
After you apply, you will be presented with a detailed calendar for the entire program. Before you begin or commit to the internship, you know exactly the dates and times of your involvement; and if you have prior obligations, just let us know before you commit and we can work around your schedule.
